Shipping Timeframe
- Orders ship within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery takes 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location and order specifications.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, processing begins immediately.
- Products undergo customization and quality checks before being dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
- After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.
Delivery Address
- Ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
- Masaguva is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

- Remote or restricted delivery locations

Unsuccessful Deliveries
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or an incorrect address, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Note
- We provide a 7 -day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Additionally, we offer reverse pick-up services. To initiate a return or exchange request through our website , a reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 will apply. Please note exchange is applicable once per item.
- We will attempt to pick up the shipment once. If the courier company is unable to complete the pick-up, you will need to return the shipment to the company’s address yourself. Please note that reverse pick-up services are subject to availability based on your area’s pin code.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as they were received. If the products are returned in poor condition or show signs of use, a refund will not be issued.
- Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed and for the amount to appear in your bank account.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
- Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Promotional sale activity (discount) All sales are final. The purchases are not eligible for returns/refund/exchange.
